We have half year All Time Low on XRP/BTC but it's just fine, no one dumps XRP.
XRP price on it's current level because of BTC bubble not because some WHALE realized that XRP might have some value.
News are not making any influence on the price. It's DEVS job to make the XRP more attractive to investors but certainly not by saturating market with extra 1 000 000 000 XRP (BLN) thrown on the market every month.
