Well it's temporary solution so the forum get cleaned up first and when the posts starting better and better, then just open some thread that giving them chance to tell their own opinion about why they should ranked or have a right to post. Of course with 3 out of 5 mods approval. Which that post is automatically move to junk each day and force them to write again if there is no replies. Or using invite token that has been given to legendary or high ranks.. Then the legendary will also responsible to who he/she giving it..
Forum is discussion within topic.. If they wanted to ask something there is F&Q for it. And if they still didn't understand and wanted to ask something they should help out the forum first to be clean from junkers.

Well maybe the report system going goes wrong and all mods going super busy with it.. But why not? Step by step and locking the chance of farmers getting inside this forum is good thing right? Well for scammers.. We can't do much about it.. >.<
