DCT growing now... Probably before ICO will grow more. Better to buy DCT now 
The coin has already grown, it is already dangerous to buy it, it is better to buy ETH, it can rise to $ 600.Before we know what fixed price of decent is going to be it's really hard to say on if you should buy it. Then again decent is highly undervalued, and it could rise anyway.
