That should be enough, a confirmation from payeer itself is a hard evidence 
The admins at LBC are professional and they have handled hundreds of disputes, and your case isn't the first one they've handled.
The buyer won't have enough evidence that they've sent money to you and probably gonna get warned or banned from LBC
