Someone please help, i have a AMEX serve prepaid credit card with over 500 dollars on it. I loaded it specifically to purchase BTC. Well i cant seem to find any site at all to accept it. I have almost went through every single option on localbitcoin and have yet found a way for me to use my card and buy bitcoin. ive tried buying AGC or just about any other gift card with no luck. Card always gets turned down. Moneygram and western  union wont take my card....etc. The struggle is real. I just want to buy some btc already haha. Another problem is i Live in Washington state. Coinbase is about my only option but coinbase wont even take my amex card. It doesnt even need to be btc. Im looking to buy just about any alt coin that has some value to it. Can anyone give any suggestions for a Newbie like me?
