no one can help you here, waiting is a tedious job, you can only wait for replies from poloniex support. my advice do not make a lot of support tickets, 1 or 2 is enough.
1 or 2 or appropriate but there are really some impatient person who do tend to send out 23 or more tickets believing that they can able to get the attention of their support which i do see thats still useless and would rather adding up on the amounts of email being recieved which would really cause even more delay.I admit that they do really have support nowadays not compared into those earlier years on its service which they are really attentive but now they are slow as turtle and they should really take concern on this one.
yes, making too many tickets will cause spam and slow down the support team to process our complaints.
but we can not blame the users, because they are also panicked and confused. but the support team can not process complaints quickly, as there may be dozens or hundreds of customer complaints they have to resolve.
