For me the perfect time to invest or buy an altcoin is when the price of bitcoin high. Because im sure if that happen means the price of altcoin are bleeding. But be careful on what altcoin you are going to buy. Because not all of the altcoin has a potential to recover from a fall down. You should be observable and wise on choosing.
