Many user already dump and bounty reward is quite high also that probably why it still didnt recover yet.
Highly doubt this has anything to do with the bounty reward, which wasn't high at all. They even diluted their smart contract and development bounty significantly before launch. It's too small to matter. Compare it to the trading volumes and you'll see what I mean.

Bancor was one of the largest ICO ever. The bounty is small compared to its raised fund.
The only reason is that it was overvalued.
Well if you think more than 1million BNT (2-3million usd) already dump to bounty hunter where they dump on market which in where the arbitrage destroy this on the contract to lower down the total supply thus decreasing the price is not significantly large, idk what else.
And yes overvalue too.
But bounty they give is around 1.5% ffrom THE RAISED AMOUNT, count that.
