i'm using yahoo
no idea that happened not only on bittrex mail
but another exchanger mail too
after marked as spam and no more mail from them
its strange
mark as spam should be moved to spam folder
its quite frustrating they no have good solution and really slow
well i will try to send another ticket then
btw, u can't add new email on bittrex
maybe should asking their support for that action
OK, so if you're using Yahoo then you've already whitelisted with the filters so not much else you can do from there. It is very strange behaviour since I mark things as spam and that's what happens, I get them but they go to my Spam folder. Seems like you've tried everything but here are a few more things you can look at just to confirm:
1. Under Bittrex settings> Notifications: Are you getting the email notifications from logins as ON?
2. Have you tried reaching their support on IRC (chat) at #bittrex on freenode server? Use this:
https://webchat.freenode.net/Assuming you've tried all other channels, just be persistent, an email/query/ticket every few days with same title and customer ID.
3. If all else doesn't work... you can also try Yahoo support itself (not to discourage you but I never got good support from them either).
