has anyone found the solution to this existing problem I'm having???
Installing for the first time or reinstalling?
I had it installed before but it didn't work, so I dragged it from my apps into trash and deleted it and re download the new one and I keep I getting that message no matter what option I choose.
I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM!
