Thank you but I don't see any mention of a proof of residence or a signature there.
Previous versions of your linked document do not contain any changes in the regulatory process regarding driver's licenses. Even v1 from 2016 does not allow a driver's license as a proof.
You see that until recently, they did indeed include Driver License's.
