Nova is shutting down and Cryptopia is very costly. Coinexchange is having some issues and is frequently going down. But I would recommend dev to go for coinexchange as they are working to fix the issues. If you get time dev, look at other exchanges too.
I think too. Coinexchange is nice. Cryptopia is the best, but it is still early.
