I have ChronoBank on Bittrex, people is panic selling now, but I don't want to sell at this price, but is it safe to leave them on Bittrex? If it's safe may be this time good to buy! 
The best practice is to hold your tokens in the wallets you have private keys from. Bittrex is not the one. You can use MyEtherWallet or ChronoMint, for example.
Looks like TIME may be staying on Bittrex and people panic sold for no reason

This market is being delisted on December 8th, 2017.
It's just a communication issue. Request for the lawyer opinion from Bittrex went to the wrong email. Now we are in contact with Bittrex, lawyers are now talking, the issue is and will be dealt with.
