maybe it can't because as i know that Ethereum price is depends in bitcoin price and demand, maybe for make ETH $1000 in a month its immposible, maybe it can happen in middle of 2018 or Q2 of 2018
Ethereum price didnot depend on bitcoin price. You need to calculate the coin price base on usd. Eth/Btc may go up and down but the main thing still usd.
