First of all you are a Canadian but it doesn't look like. You can't even write properly, so i really dought that you are.
Second you want to start a mining farm in Canada, where the electricity price is way to high. You will not even repay the 5$ after five(!) months.
While it is obviously a scam, electricity isn't that expensive in some parts of Canada compared to the US or other countries. Here in Alberta, I'm paying slightly over 5 cents/kWh which is pretty good, and a lot better than most European countries.
