We created a faucet script for cfrs tokens on WordPress, for purpose of demonstrating the extendable usage of the token

To give you a short answer: Yes it will be tradeable. We're currently negotiating it with 2 exchanges and expect CFRS to start trading in 3/2018.
and no, it's current and main application is on mining platforms, but it's easily extendable (as shown on the faucet example).
