I can not remember exactly where on the forum but I came across to a link to a document with time and dates that shows when are reset intervals for activity counts. Unfortunately, I did not save that document. Does anybody have that link?

Guys, This file shows the intervals when counting resets. Within a single interval, you can have up to 14 activities
No problem! You can also copy it on your own drive and do a basic excel function to do a +14 on each row starting from the date you joined, so you know at which date you can pass ranks, it's useful
