In Which 3gb gtx 1060 card I have the biggest chance to get a samsung oraz micron memory ? I Heard about asus. Is it true ?
I recently bought a Gigabyte and Zotac card, the GB had Samsung the Zotac Hynix. Both 2 samples barely qualify for any statistic. Only thing I can say is that on more than 10 Gigabyte cards I bought I never had Hynix memory - always Samsung or Micron.
I got a 3gb gigabyte WF2OC with Hynix. Check on the serial number should start with 16xx or 17xx. The first two digits is the year and XX is the week. The earlier batches of 2017 might still have micron or samsung but not the newer ones imo.

The 1060 I have is from 1741 so late 2017 - quite surprising that it has samsung memory. I have a 1070 with samsung memory and that one is from late 2016. Maybe someone found some old memory stocks in the factory
