I have fix the source code to Retarget using Dark Gravity Wave v3.

It was retargeting every 576 blocks (so next one would be 9792)

The change is set to kick in at block 9500 (very soon) then will retarget every block.

to make this happen all users must change the QT-Wallet and Ubuntu deamon (espacialy pool owners) and Masternode users as well.
