My deposit is on hold since 5 days, the support said i forgot the text kraken.com in the bank transfer but i proved it with a screenshot. So i got answered that its okay now and they are going to release the deposit now, but its still on hold! Now im not getting any answers from anyone on kraken. This is just not how you should threat your customers!
Im just loosing money this way and im not the obly one with this problem.
I just want answers now, i dont think releasing my money is taking so much time! Such a bad service.
