Great idea!  Yesterday I had the idea of curing aids.  Please fund my kickstarter, whitch will turn my idea to business for benefit of millions.  I will use donations to purchase necessary servers and domain names.

I'm going to make an assumption:

You are asking for money to issue a bitcoin-backed debit card without even knowing about the FinCEN regulations that will cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars to comply with - never mind the fact that no visa or mastercard affiliate will even go near a bitcoin company wishing to employ their services.
