Your min cap of 10 million USD is quite big considering there are only three people in your development team. Do you really need that much investments to start your project Skychain? Are you accepting new people to your team?
Our core team are 4 people including Anton Klechenov. We do not want to build virtual team of people who do not actually working on the project. We will extend our team after successfully complete the ICO. All technical details of the project have been evaluated. So it will be no problem to hire programmers to implement the system.
