I am new at this forum, and I came here to know more about the bounty program, but I guess it is not a referal program.

I run a financial blog and when I find an ICO attractive I talk about it on my blog, and doing that I bring new clients and make some from the affiliate link.

From what I read here, this is not the same thing.

Since you are more interested in a person to comment here, to be connected with facebook page, twitter, etc, than really briging new potencial investors.

Or I am wrong?
