Two days ago I also did STR withdraw from poloniex. Status is still "processing". Send a ticket and no response.
Today I just got a response from poloniex.
They said that they were looking at the problems I was experiencing and would contact me back soon.
i hope they response my ticket too, and i hope your ticket get resolve soon
