Because it is getting very exposed on the social media & everybody is buying because of that, and everytime that it goes up, people gets more excited and wants to invest more.


Nobody wants to miss out the opportunity to have a program in the blockchain, maybe there are some crappy ico's, but there are a lot of them who are legit, and they are contributing to the whole system by a lot.


It does not even needs to be answered, they are too many because they all want to join bounties, that is the only reason, and yes, it is very annoying to see the posts with one lines with horrible english, i am seeing them all the time.
