Investors who can't complete KYC on time will get a refund? it's your fault that you announced the KYC right before the end of the main ICO. I've invested a big sum in the pre ICO.
If you were in the pre-ico, contact them for a refund, shouldn't be an issue. Try going to their telegram group or iirc the mail address legal at utrust dot io should work.
