No, there is no fee at all to withdraw your Satoshi! We pay members using their Coinbase email. This allows us to send micro payments without any transaction fees. This is also why you notice we have the highest awards possible  and lowest minimum payouts. Members can withdraw anytime their balance is over 5,000 Satoshi.
