Addiction is a very big problem to all of the gamblers, they didn't want to become an addict on gambling but they can't help it since they always continuing gambling to win back all of their loses. Gambling addiction could be avoided if you are going to put some limit on your bets, set an amount to be spend on a day in gambling and if you lose it all, then call it a day and better luck next time.
It's easier said than done and even though this is the best way to go many have falter because the lack the discipline virtue to be able to follow through these laid down principles and procedures. I first suggest that every gambler be disciplined enough to be able to say no or yes at any point in time because if you are unable to control yourself then you are a likely candidate for addiction no matter how clear the precautions are written for you.
