As far as I know, no - you won't be able to see that. You could at any point flash the Bitmain FW onto the controller again.
But I'm not 100% sure about settings. So in this case I'd recommend to wipe all settings and flash back original FW; then there should be no easy way to see that you used a different firmware before.
