I just wanted to share little my experience here, I have experienced similar things, but only the errors on the selfie and the photo identity that is not obvious. And then I repeat it again with a clearer picture and all goes well there are no obstacles whatsoever. The name of your account on bittrex and the name on your identity though different, it will not affect and it does not matter, you just need to make the image look clean and clear, selfie image and also your identity picture.
