I too have a "Name Mismatch" ticket opened for more than 7 days. I have clearly explained in the ticket that your system didn't let me fill with my full name (which is composed of two names).
I did tried to complete the field with space between my name and that wasn't accepted. Then I tried to use a dash "-" to separate my names. That wasn't allowed.
And now when trying to get my account verified so I can move/withdraw my coins, after sending you my National ID Card + Selfie of me & ID Card I get the name mismatch issue.
Then nobody replies to my ticket after more than 7 days !!! I have coins in my account. So that is money right there !!! Get your act together now and hire enough staff if that is your problem.
But I see you guys constantly check this thread (CEO today) but don't bip a word WTF ?!? Are you serious ?? I have opened my ticket on 24th November. Reply to my issue !
