From what I understand from reading the whitepaper/watching the youtube videos this is going to cut the costs of starting up projects and businesses that people believe in, but may not have the huge amounts of capital to start.  I hope that people who are currently scared of starting a business, or even those who currently run one who are scared of downtime or attacks look to Titanium as a solution.
