I'm from south korea. We have korean trading platform, but I really wish to buy bitcoin so I'm trying to join one of trading platform, but I'm stucked varifying my account.

I have my passport, I can take a photo of myself with my passport, but what the hell is the "proof of residency" is?

Are they asking me to live in U.S to buy bitcoin?

What document am I supposed to submit? whatever the document is, it should be written in korean language and I don't think they can read it.

Please help!!!!!
