I'm kinda a newb at signature campaigns... Sorry if my questions seem dumb:

- Is it just a signature campaign for a project that no one will know about until the end of the year?

- Is investment a requirement? Why would anyone invest blindly when nobody knows What is C?

- If we reply to people in this thread, does it count toward towards our posts count?
