I think not. Eth price rise is currently depending on a Bitcoin and generally market value growth.
When Eth start to gather value again on it's own you will notice.

Actually i am not pretty sure but i think etherium can reach that price in january next year.
I still hold 3 etherium and hope it can be moon soon.
