I've bought a ton of tokens under a VPN. What's laughable though, is that I use my real id issued in America. If I tried to get a bank account with even a shadow on my picture, KYC is flagging it and making me resend. Makes me wonder if half of these ICOs are just pretending to use KYC. Hmmmmmm.
