Yes it is true that we should not spend too much time in trading world because we can commit a mistake in trading. Experts says that we we can have psychological effect that can leads to make wrong decisions and can also lead in panic selling.
Time management is very important, we know when it's too much it has a negative effect, of course as a trader we all like to make money instantly so we can live a life based on our dreams, but we should always consider that health is wealth so you cannot sacrifice your health just to make money in a temporary basis because in the end you will still be the one who will lose in the game.
