Re: signatures and campaigns for all levels of accounts

Hello , just want to ask if there is Sig. and camp. for all levels that even newbie accounts can join .

For newbies I think there's not campagin or at least I haven't found one for myself.
I think I'had to wait til i reach Member rank.
