not just the whitepaper, but there are also articles out there about this ICO. do proper research or lose your money.
white paper and articles is better way to get early information about the project.

I often watch ratings on this site. 4.4 out of 5 is a pretty big rating. For some reason, the product they rated at 4. But this is ultimately subjective expert opinion. 4 is also a very high score.
