As a potential investor what is the team doing to try to build a community? There has been no steady increase in members for quite some time and how does the company plan to market itself during the ICO and post-ICO phase?

According to this https://www.chimaera.io/huntercoin.pdf I should be due Chimaera coins as I held over 10k HUC at the time the snapshot took place. It was confirmed that Poloniex would distribute the coins but to date I have recieved nothing at all. Is this right?
