As I am still in Brazil, I wonder if I can get crypto-debit cart here (as long as I know, not a single exchange company allows Brazilian citizens to have one - I have confirmation in Xapo, for example).

I have to research if it is possible to have these cards in Canada without being a citizen...

If someone in Canada is reading this, could you kind comment, please?
