After reached $28 million, you will see $47 M as their next milestone (hardcap). You can find it in their whitepaper
I look at Crypterium for a while, my guess is that 28M is reachable goal by Jan, but not sure about 47M...
ICO started Oct 31, they are half way through and $22 M collected. $47 is possible, cant say for sure though
