Still no response? What's with them, are they still finding some troubles or experiencing some attacks?That's a long time already and still you are not getting any reply from them.
Oh well others are even getting some resolution and reply from their ticket for almost a month and they were too happy about that reply.
I hope so aswell the money i have hold in the wrong adress are worth around 300$ which isnt less at all for me 
What wrong address? maybe you mean to say you had put it on a wrong exchange?
