Do I understand correctly that this project is only aimed at US citizens? Only US citizens or people that are subject to taxation in the US are going to be able to use the platform am I right?
You are correct. The service will be for traders and investors who are subject to US tax law. However, anyone legally permitted to do so can purchase tokens in the ITO.
