Hi guys, recently I have downloaded the new 42 wallet synced without any coins in it so I'm reading here there was a hardfork and swap

I have an old wallet with 122k dents since start of the coin, I would like to continue to be part of it so what can I do?

Should I send the old wallet dat. and new adress? let me know thanks
