Billionaire hedge fund legend and former Fortress executive Mike Novogratz believes the bitcoin price will easily reach $40,000 by 2018.what do you think?

That is 4times the price now, I dont think thats is possible in the year 2018 because we dont even have no clue what are the big events that might affect the bitcoin pricing next year. That is either good or bad that either increase or decrease or even stop its bullish run coming from this year. I can give numbers but 25000$ to 30000$ is much more attainable.

But Bitcoin price rose 10 times in 2017. So 4 times rise in price is not something impossible. I think there is a high probability that price rise to much more than 40000 dollar. What will happen in 2018 is really unpredictable and every thing is possible.

I get what you mean and that is true. But we should also look for the price in 2017 its 2000$ from were i start investing. And it is now at 11500$ so your reasoning is valid. But those have invested in 2000$ will not the same capacity to invest in 11000$. The high the price, the lesser investor but I dont know if Im wrong so this is just my opinion. 2017 has different scenario than this coming 2018 when it comes to price.
