The best exchanger for trading to me are poloniex because of the transaction fee is very low not like the other exchanger and easily to access even you are using mobile phone , the next one is crytopia it is easily to buy and sell in this site but the transactoon fee is very high 0.0004 if im not mistaken and also theres a lot of shitcoin in this site thats why its my 2nd choice ..the last is etherdelta  you can buy and sell new release token from myetherwallet but if you are using mobile its my recomended to use this site ..its not mobile friendly and very laggy
