Thanks @OmegaStarScream. I've been trading in several exchanges (some of 'em with not good reputation ) with zero problems. ironically the exchange with apparently best reputation (Bitstamp) is the first who give me trouble. hope they do the right thing and send my coins asap.
9 days waiting something that take less than a minute is very sad / frustrating / concerning.
