Most of the ICO's are failing to sell over ICO price when entering the market. Bitcoin price is still surging. Multiple bans on ICOs.
I'm waiting till 2018.
I have the same strategy as yours, I think if you want to invest in some ico projects, it is better to buy some when the price is below the ico price, also you can see how many eth they have been raised, then you can make a decision if it is worth to invest.
