Dev is not selling their all ETHD token, Dev has more then 44% of all ETHD and they just want to spread it to the community. and if they wanted to dump and leave the project they would have done earlier and enjoyed selling with old ETHD as the price was almost $5+, but they want to take ETHD to the above $300 so they have moved it to the ERC20, and now working on it.

Yes, Dev may be using this as an opportunity to distribute tokens to the community at the lowest possible price so everyone gets a fair chance meanwhile, raising money to list on exchanges (as there was no ICO). I don't feel dumping tokens is a wrong move at present. Once everyone invests they will be serious about the project and this will also eliminate people creating FUD and attract the real investors.

I have not traded a single token to date. Patience is the key to success if you don't trust or like the project FUD'sters you have lot of other options please look into it.
